What’s for Supper?

It’s only one week until Thanksgiving!! So many things to do, and so little time!  But, I am ready to see family and spend the days having fun!

On Tuesday night I made a black-eyed pea relish that looked and sounded fantastic, but we all agreed that it was far too bland, so we didn’t eat much of it.  So, tonight I am remaking it into a different dish that is sure to add a lot more flavor.  The relish included yellow, red and green bell peppers, red onion, garlic, serrano pepper and roma tomatoes, but it still needed something, hopefully cooking it in the crockpot will make the flavors be more pronounced.
