What’s for Supper?

Can you believe it’s the first day of November?  This year has simply flown by!  This afternoon, after homeschooling is done and supper is on to cook, the boys and I are planning to clip and ready their goats for an upcoming 4-H buckle show.

Here’s what I have on my menu:

Chicken & Rice Casserole
Steamed Broccoli
Pickled Beets
